Web Monitoring Tool - PHP / MySQL - Great Opportunity $$$

    I'm looking for somebody who has the skills too:

    • setup an admin area
    • an account area for users with logins
    • know how to pull and search rss feeds

    I have created a 3 page brief (mostly screenshots) for requirements for a new tool I want to create.

    I would rather not post the details here so PM me with your email address if you are seriously interested and I will send you the brief

    I'm willing to spend a couple of hundred dollars but would prefer to know how much you think it is going to cost :)
