Considering Selling My Gambling Directory. Have A Look!

I am considering sell my premium gambling directory.

Is valid pr3 and has about 10 pr3 inner pages, i started it off by importing some sites into the directory and making them "no follow" so the site keeps good PR, there is now aprox 10 sites that have paid for submission, some a regular submissions $5 each, some are featured $20 each.

With paid submissions over the last month its made $60 - $80 and its also making $80 per month with TLA, TLA revenue is transferable you just need a TLA account and i tell them your details and they xfer the revenue from my account to yours.

Traffic is getting better due to link building i have been doing, its getting 40 - 60 visitors a day, last month was about 20 - 50.

The revenue potential is huge, once the traffic is up some more you could push your own affiliate links and easily make hundreds a month, anyone in the gambling industry will see the potential in this site.

The site is running a phpld3.3 full licence with copyright removal $75
I have also paid for a phpld payment mod so it will process payment through moneybookers rather than risking your paypal account with gambling related payment, that cost me another $25
