    I want:
    1. W3C validation passing on all pages
    2. Suggestion on a better layout
    3. If using same layout, correction of miss alignment
    4. Better combination of ads to suite the layout as well as get higher CTR

    alot of code problems with my blog..cant align words properly..everytime post something everything goes screwy..please help..
