If you have all the proof regarding your coversation with him, the GoDaddy transaction details, You wouldn't have a problem! If by any chance a Paypal dispute opens, show them the proofs and you are safe!.. Don't worry..

    Cheers,

If u read some topics here at DP, lots of people sayed not to use paypal as payment methoed. if use soon relese them from your current account to another.

this is not the first scam with LLLL.com, just another one
Try to conact godaddy & paypal, they might help you
but u have only 30% chance to get back your LLLL.com or $

Learn a leson & also use differnt payment method or stay away from selling domains for a while

Well, I would suggest contacting Paypal before he does a chargeback but dont close your account.

Going by the llll.com scam threads around there is little that godaddy can do to save the domain. Transferring the money to another account may not help as paypal can freeze both the accounts.

Just stick firm and deal only with sedo/escrow. You may see some high offers dissapear but they could be scammers as well. But you get peace of mind and wont get scammed.

Secondly reputation on DP does not mean that those people will not scam. There is always a first time.

They have a sales/support num listed at the top right half of their homepage. Better write an email as it is more formal and you have them as records for the future if needed.

I really pity those u are scammed:(
BTW its better to do a little background research on someone u are dealing with.
Scammers don't have sentiments, I guess they are brought up like that by their parents.

Some banks that you would use to transfer money to and from will also be able to block paypal from any chargebacks without proper proof. If you disclose threads like this to them and prepare them ahead of time, it may help. Expain what is happening with the fraud and paypal allowing bogus chargebacks. They hate fraud. If enough banks get enough complaints on paypals business practices or lack of, maybe they will pull support and block paypal activities through thier bank.

That might get paypals attention. I had a chargeback a couple of years ago. Nightmare to say the least and even with an email with the culprit admitting the scam, I never received my $135 back.

Good luck to all of you that have problems and those that are about to. Highly recommend and escrow service for now.

you have done your best, quit PayPal as they don`t protect sellers of "non tangible items"

Have a read here to learn something:

a lot of people dont have that luxury though.... my paypal account is probably worth $30,000 to $40,000 a year to me.... but losing $500 or $600 is REALLY annoying....
