Felics is a scammer (he may be the one who has scammed hundreds of people already but I don't know)

He has also scammed ttdomain out of his names.

If you see NXL.org anywhere for sale do NOT buy it or trust that seller, he just stole this domain from me.

    Method:
After receiving the payment (via paypal) I transfered the domain on Godaddy.com After that he then unauthenticated the transaction!

    PROOF: http://sheshbesh.ca/dp/dhhw.jpg

Please can a mod/admin ban his IP

    His Godaddy account details are:

    Alejandro Alas
    1183 Tenmile
    San diego
    california
    92103
    7602252885

What, this is the second time NXL.org was stolen from you...

General wisdom is, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is...
Just sell it to me; I will not offer $445 but your payment is guaranteed :D

For now you should contact GoDaddy and say the transaction is UNAUTHORIZED.
    Good luck!

What is wrong with all these scammers... I am now selling a domain myself and after reading all these "i've been scammed" threads, I am quite afraid to end up in a similar situation.

Is there anything we can do to protect ourselves? One guy suggested to ask the buyer to open a PP dispute and then close it.. would this work?

    Thanks.

Use moneybookers or escrow.com. If the buyer isn't willing to use them, they're probably a scammer. I know I'm not taking paypal anymore, not while they jacked $225 from me as much as the scammer did. =P

yeah i'm w/ u on this, i opened moneybookers about 2 wks ago and if someone isnt willing to use either escrow or mb it makes u wonder if they're a scammer...plus when all they want is GD reg'd domains as well.

the one thing i've noticed is the scammer is also claiming to pay w/ egold.....but doesnt seem as though anyone has been scammed w/ that

What a shame for this scammer! I wonder since i didnt experience this kind of problem yet. If he pay's and after a few minutes reversed the payment. Will you still be able to retrieve that money? Or it will be a long process to get it?

BTW this scammer should die! A lot of people hard working to earn this money and you will just get it like that. Your family should be ashame on what you're doing here on internet.

I'm also going to setup a moneybookers account. But why it is recommended everywhere? How exactly it'll offer seller's protection?

zellomesh, sorry, but I have to say this... You got scammed twice on the same domain, right? Why don't you just require Moneybookers as payment and you won't have any problems? There's no use in complaining.

The money that you recieve is not reversable (no chargebacks). The money you get is yours, there's no way a scammer can get it back.

do moneybookers have a decent IPN system like paypal or good webcart integration? I dont think so although I might be wrong... but lets not forget the reason for this thread:

FELICS IS ACCUSED OF SCAMMING PEOPLE - WILL HE RESPOND THAT HE IS NOT??? HE HAS TRANSFERRED ME $630 AND REVERSED PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY

I will definitley create a moneybookers account for my future sales. Paypal is only good for tangeable items because then you are protected under the seller protection policy up to 500 pounds.
