    We send 1 email per day with UP TO 4 URLs in it. This will drive a pretty good amount of traffic to your site, I currently use it to promote my own proxies but decided to share.

    Yes, both are available. Today and tomorrow are booked, but I have openings Friday and all of next week.

    Yes, that would be no problem. You can pay for the 2 extra slots to be blank.
