PR2 Arcade Site With Traffic + Revenue $$CHEAP$$

    I am considering selling my arcade site.

    Its a valid PR2 site with 1750 games, It was one of the first sites i ever set up and its currently running a null version of GSS v2.2 so there is no value in the script, and if the new owner starts to earn some good money from the site i would recommend upgrading to a newer paid version.

    STATS:
    Filespace: Just over 1.5GIG
    Bandwidth: Aprox 10gig Monthly
    Visitors: Last month, December - 2975 Unique visitors. So far this month 1942
    Revenue: Adsense, Last Month, December - 15,175 page impression - $13.39 - This Month - 10,895 - $7.22

    I have just spent $17.76 to start transferring the name from a relatively unknown registrar to namecheap so the new owner will get 2 years on the domain and a free push to their namecheap account.

    dont know too much about domains..... does the owner have to live in the uk area to hold the domain?
