Implementing of valid html coded template into script

    I am looking for someone to implement a valid html/css coded template that I have into my script. The template is just a general template and my site is a file hosting site. So you will have to make some modifications there also. You will also need to make it all fit together nicely.
    The site I have is www.dirola.com
    The script I have is http://www.templateworld.com/zero/in_action/individual/
    Tell me how much you will charge for this.
    I dont have a high budget but reasonable. Looking to go with best lowest offer. I will also consider members itrader and other reputation when choosing.
    Want to get done asap. So if you are looking for a quick job I'm your person.

    I can do that for a low price.
    lower then what the guys here posted
    but i am not known with the script, inspite of that fact, i think because it's an upload script there shouldn't be any problem.

    it's already html/css right?
