    You can start at anytime. Just go to the site, register as a poster and choose your prefered forum to post in. Once you complete the job, click on claim button.

    No. PayPerPostForum.Com (PPPF) is a platform where forum owner come and start a campaign of forum posting. The advantage of using the site is, we can detect and delete duplicate posters. So, it is basically protect owners from paying to the same person more than once as well as give them the opportunity to advertise their forum.
