Recently i needed Liberty Reserve and started a post : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=646489 Result : earnbussi sent a pm So after almost 16 hrs did a paypal claim. I mean dispute. I have never did it. Can i get full refund by paypal? And others upto admin. Will you take action? Admin will you look at earnbussi iTrader ?
Leave negative iTrader and theres also more here about him: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=647096
I suggest don't file a claim after the dispute, or there is a high change of getting your Paypal account limited.
Check the I-Traders of the members before trading/buying/selling any good or services. I hope that you won't do the same mistake again. About the dispute issue, what did you write in dispute? PayPal doesn't allow you to do currency exchanges I think and if you've said PayPal that you've exchanged your currency, then be careful. PayPal can limit your account..
It is not my fault. U send the money--Paypal limited my account---And I cant see refund button in paypal--.
Just look at his posts lol... if someone looks like, smells like and talks like they're full of shit, they generally are
CashCowBoy, I've opened dispute with guy who scammed me for 100$. Here is what they replied to me after 20 days of hoping that I'll get my money back: So you should open dispute for: unauthorized transaction. You`ll have much more chances.
I am not sure why people have to do Paypal exchanges since it is clearly stated that money exchanges is a prohibited activity.
Not true. DP does not ban scammers. I've seen guy with 19 negative iTrader and still no action given against him. Sad but true.
Sorry, but how exactly are people going to imprve their Itraders if everybody goes for a high ITrader buyer?
Well, though limited or not, when a dispute is raised, you will be able to see a option to refund the sender through the resolution center. If you are sure that you dont see a option like that, post a screenshot.
So what should i do now? Should i close dispute?Because i have told about currency exchange. and start it in another way?
You did a wrong decision by doing it. Hmm, I'd recommend to cash-out all your funds to your Bank Account/Credit card. I'm not sure if they'd limit your account. Maybe some professionals or experienced PayPal users will answer this question?
Leave the dispute open, closing it isn't going to help anything. Let them solve it, he'll probably have to refund you.
ernbussi told me the same thing, that he's going for lunch and will send money in 6 hrs lol...that scam happened like a week ago. beware !
