Google Adwords Editor

I just got an invitation to try the Adwords Editor (Beta). (I haven't downloaded it yet)

Has anyone here tried it?

 

is that a desktop piece of software? I havent gotten an invite (I only do about $3k/month in adwords), but that looks very sweet.

Looks interesting/helpful though - I'll have to see if I can't track an invite down.

Never knew that existed. And that comes just when I'm making my own via the API (though obivously not as extensive).

I'll bug our account manager for an invite.

Seems like you need an invite. I'll try to get one.

 

I rang them and they were 'going to put me forward for one'. Haven't heard since.

Apparently the money threshold to get a present at christmas is lower than the one needed to download the new software

 

I think they just picked medium-sized accounts. I talked to someone that said he was told he didn't get an invite because his account was too big.

Either that or they looked at my account and said, "Man, this guy could really use some help..."

 

What ppc management app/tool do you guys recommend? Since Adwords Editor is a no no for the time being.

Has anyone tried this yet?

I've heard reports of crashing computers and freezing programs.

 

I just got the invite yesterday. Going to try and find a few minutes today to install and test it out. I take it you haven't tried it yet?

I think that I'll not receive an invitation so early. I'm from Brazil and this kind of limited tests normally is restricted to USA only.

Also I have a doubt about it: it uses your API quota right?
