Company email entering to BULK folder of yahoo

    I wondering why, some of our clients email using our company email when they send email to their friends and business partners using yahoo mail, their email will enter to BULK folder. There's a big tendency that the recipient will refuse to read those important email since it is already on the BULK folder. How to solve this problem.

    I think you should train your mail. Move the company mails from junk to inbox regularly. Or better yet, make a dedicated folder for those company emails. :)

    yup, definitely train your spam program to not recognize those emails as spam
