    Well, he did send a payment of $50 to however I do not know whose email that is. If he sent the payment to you, FairyOfLove, then I think you should be honest and refund him his $50 or place his ad or whatever he asks for on your site. $50 is nothing to die for. If you're innocent then DavidAusman should ask Paypal to refund him the payment since he sent it to an unknown email.
