    Marco Lombeli (probably not his real name) (AKA Worldix) is a scammer

    I sent him $110 via paypal last night for BetEstate.com and its contents. He has been online many times since and never sent it to me and I opened a dispute but he has refused to give me a full refund.

    And then he has the cheek to say this

    "Paypal will handle your request and credit back the money, is not my problem"

    It seems he`s scamming PayPal actually, not you, well indirectly he scams a victim, then he uses the money and when PayPal acts , it`s too late.
    I`d be very away from this guy.
