Gentlemen, let's take that up in another thread. Perhaps I'll dig up some old posts and re-explain everything I've explained dozens of times before.

Oh, this is great. Nevadans for Ron Paul were planning to buy 22 Billboards for the month of December in Des Moines, Iowa. The first sighting...
The most inspiring video about the campaign that you will see. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wo7G6j6bi4 Drew Ivers, the man speaking, was on Pat Robertson's campaign, as well as both Buchanan campaigns in Iowa. He's a veteran of the Iowa Caucuses, one of at least a couple on the staff with extensive campaign experience. This video basically reinforces what I have been saying. The Ron Paul Iowa campaign is very strong, but it is purposely being kept low key, and the slow rising poll #s reflect that. This is the only crossover campaign, pulling support from the left, the right and the independents. On caucus day, there are going to be many more people than the (likely Republican) polls reflect showing up to vote. Right now, the official campaign is keeping all of the attention on New Hampshire, but Iowa and south Carolina are the real battlegrounds, the other candidates just don't know it yet. As said in the video, this is the largest grassroots movement, genuine people power movement, in the history of modern American politics. And it's only just starting (as Dr. Paul informed Rudy Giuliani after the Florida debate). The Second American Revolution. Restore the Republic.

Kinda exciting news I guess. Operation NH (different from Operation Live Free or Die) has completed an ad buy in Iowa, as part of the grassroots surge for the Iowa Caucus. The first ad is one with IIRC, footage from the RP Congressional campaigns. The second two are from the YouTube debate contest the RP campaign ran. I like the Christmas one best.

I don't want to hijack this thread, so if you feel it is I appologize up front. I must admit I have not been on the train of thought thinking RP actually stood a chance. However with recent polls, it shows him still gaining. He's doing it slowly, not swinging up and down like the others. Now the top guys who swing so much are breaking their support among each another, while RP is up to 7% nationwide of likely republican voters. He also of course has a huge base that would not be considered 'X republican voters' which can even up the numbers even further. http://www.rasmussenreports.com/pub...ial_election/daily_presidential_tracking_poll http://www.rasmussenreports.com/pub...1/daily_presidential_tracking_polling_history 12/05/07 Giuliani 17% Huckabee 20% Thompson 10% Romney 13% McCain 13% When you factor all the logical facts and not just these raw numbers, the race is much, much closer than it was just a few months ago. Huckabee taking up some of the others numbers are a great thing for RP. That is no spin, that's simple logic.. This does not equal an RP win, it does however help RP out no matter how you look at it. Unless Huck takes away a clear victory, if the numbers continue to split RP is sitting much, much better.
Giuliani should quit now and save these morons that are paying $2300 for a lunch with the fascist their money.
I should have added that they should take that money and donated to the RP campaign and do us all a favor and save the Republic. I have put aside $300 for Dec. 16th money bomb. I think it will be huge.
