Since many owner/maker/companies have contacted me the last days because of script and software on the forum being sold illegally I decided to create this post.

If you suspect that the script/software/image or other media is sold illegally please report it here in this post and not to me by PM.

You can also REPORT it as usual but if you are not sure you can post it here and me and fellow concerned DP member can investigate and take action.

We will confirm with the owner of the script that it is indeed a illegal copy.

If you are an owner of a script / software / picture then please contact me trough PM so I can have your contact details as reference.

Help Digital Point Forum, next time it can be your script they are selling – Think about it.

though i agree 100% them type of posts need to be reported

there are other things to take into consideration as well

there are many users out there that dont even have a clue what a nulled pirated script is.

so here is some common things to look for

1.file_id.diz
2.types of .nfo files
3.look in your files and see if you see anything that says

nulled by or decoded by

in most cases if there are any files like this in your folder then the script is pirated

i have been stiffed a couple times without knowing it was a pirated software best way to do it is if you purchase an entire website from someone contact the script vendor and check if the script is licensed to the domain

Problem is that many people does not even care they sell or buy pirated software.

After i said that guy has no right to sell our stuf, after i explained it is warez, after Yellowberry posted there too, here comes 2 guys buying and then even come back with a great review and "kudos" to the seller. Damn great.

What some legit vendor has to do here to stop have his software sold for pennies ?! I would post the other treads where they do that with our software, but i am afraid will be only advertising for them.

 

BadLuck as i said in the other post it is pretty easy to track them down. Just buy something from the Guy for 0.01 $ ask Pay Pal for the money back and ask them to help you give the adress to those people.

Also send them a PM tell them at if they EVER put that script on the internet they will be contact by your lawyer asp.

I think they will want the money back and run for cover.

They will already be contacted by our laywer. But they may not care. What can we do to some guy in India or Malaysia? Most of these guys are not even in US. Do you think they care? If they had a site, i could contact the host to take the site down. But they don't. Only way is to have the paypal account frozen or their forums users banned.

What do you mean? No people are not allowed to sell warez here but sometimes the mods are not here and can ban and close the post thats why we created this post to keep it in one place

Illegal sale of vaperida.com, I do not and never will give permission for this script to be sold, The script and all images are copyrighted and cannot ever be sold or traded.

This user should be banned and anyone that has bought anything can contact me via pm here.

I think it would be a good ideea if you could open a thread where software owners that know they never gave or will give resell rights to post and list their product names (even without links). Something like

"We own products X,Y,Z and anyone selling it outside our company/person is doing it illegally. You can PM us if see a sale and have any doubts, etc, etc.."

They are selling other items and does not have the rights to sell those items. I have sent word to two of the authors that have the copyrights to the scripts.

This person is selling a modified version of a commercial script.

Gave facebook.com as a demo site. Then gives another sellers demo site as there own. Directly asking the people they said they are resellers of agriya.com and they said no they are not. Now, they changed and said agriya.com are resellers too. This guy is a scammer.

 

this thread should be closed, it has nothing to do with DP what is bought and sold between 2 people. anyone can join DP and claim they own this that and the other, looking at all the people that claim to be the real owners of the scripts, most just have 1-2 posts in their post count.

you are not a DP mod nor admin. if people are to lazy to protect their scripts or look for illegal copies being sold, then thats their problem

you asking for the paypal of people that are buying or selling anything on DP is asking for perosnal information you have no right to ask for.

i would be very careful what you get into here on DP, you might find yourself banned for breaking DP's TOS by sending personal (paypal) info of DP members to none DP members.
