Basic Image Upload form help ($5 Paypal Now!)

    I need form help, its complete but submitting just 1 image wont allow, i need to submit the 4 images which is not what i want. The user may also want to submit 3 images so its weird and i am not sure how to play with the code as suggested in the below link?
