Does this mean its an auth site? Our's is a PR4 and has extended links but has been online for 4 years! Our SERPS is terrible though.

 

Doesn't it mean that you are an authority in your domain name. Its a start but I don't think I would blow too much on the celebration party.

You are right. When I enter the domain name of some of my sites, it shows it as an authority. As an example http://www.google.com/search?source...L:2006-18,GGGL:en&q=best-web-directories.com+
Most of my sites don't.

Personally, I think my site is ugly, 1 year old site with minimal PR and backlinks. But as it's shown, Google already makes an authority site from it. Google may see some great potencial at my site. .

Oh, I received infaction "Thread Started In Wrong Category" as I started this in Google forum. I though "authority site" term is related to Google Search Engine only.
