I have a site that I am considering selling. Reason? Well, besides a lack of interest, I have another project I am wishing to dedicate my time too. Note that I am "considering" selling this site and I'm not interested in an auction. I'd be willing to part with this site if I received an offer that I really liked. The name of the site is Grand Theft Auto 4 Live and I bought it a few months ago on these forums. I've re-done the theme, re-did a majority of the content, and done some other various things. For those that don't know, Grand Theft Auto is a popular gaming series and Grand Theft Auto 4 is the upcoming game, set to release this fall. If I am to sell this site, I'm selling it as a package. If this site is sold, the buyer would receive GTA4Live.com (GoDaddy), GTABoards.net (Namecheap), and GTAFive.com (Namecheap). GTA4Live has a PR3 (Alexa: 2,980,385) and GTABoards has a PR5 (Alexa: 517,816). GTAFive.com doesn't have a PR or Alexa and it was planned for a future site project after Grand Theft Auto 4 was released this fall. I'd also be giving you an old database for the forum that was on the GTABoards.net domain. The forum was hacked, so all that remain are 7k posts and the members (250-300 members, I can't recall), so you'd basically be getting the database for member emails. As far as traffic stats, I've got several image links below. I use Bidvertiser due to the fact that they do not require a SSN (so, with that being said, this site is not banned from Adsense). Like I said, I'm not determined on selling this, and I'd only be willing to sell this if I got a good enough offer. I'm looking for at least something in the xxx range for all of this, so please don't post any lame duck offers.
Someone asked me for a specific price range via PM last night, so... I would be looking for at least $250 for the package in my previous post to part with the site.
