How to deal with these kinds?

Ugh im really tired of these kinda people..

the pms i recieved today really p'ed me off...thats why i had to dig up a grave for this topic's sake..

now how do i deal with all that?

my usual reply is:

 

I'd be annoyed too... but that's dealing with clients for ya..

 

They ain' buying anything =/ so how can they be customers? lol

i just wanna go all out and shout on them at times...

 

Well there's always people like that. You wouldn't believe what we've heard in the past year ... (maybe I should get some quotes from the live chat/ticket history).

One case was : "I need hosting for 1 year for school organization, I need a free domain and I can only pay $10. If you do this for me I will bring in more people like me."

By the way do you have an extra $50k, I see that you make a lot of money

 

Try to ignore them. I know it's hard, but it's normally the best way to deal with it.

 

If i do they claim DOS (denial of service on discrimination)

 

excatly, that's the best way. just ignore them. these stuffs are pretty common, and they will keep comming, no one can stop these!

 

Some peaple are like this, iv never accentually had a person on DP like this though.

On a serious note, that's just the price of doing business. Whether they're clientele or potential customers, you have to realize a good portion of the World population sucks. Not necessarily in intelligence or class.. they just.. usually suck.
