    i dont understand your question. the concept is the same as submitting to directories. your link will be permanent. what you mean being bump to pr0?

    i think google count them as long as they're not nofollow. del icio us is no follow though..

    What I mean, is that - will my link be placed, and stay on a page with PR. It might go first to the page that is PR8, but often, other posts move it down the line, so very quickly it is sent to a page with no page rank.
