Hey, Does anyone know of a pagerank spider tool out there? i.e. somewhere where I can give my URL and it will spider my site and report back on the pagerank of each page? I've been looking for a while, but can't find anything - seems a bit odd because I can't be the only person who wants this! thx
I've never seen one but I see the tremendous value of this. I guess it would basically work like this. 1> spider, without leaving that domain, a site and dump every url we find in a db or flat file db. 2> run a program that for every url it finds to check the pagerank and write the PR to the db. Sounds easy enough, but . . . Does anyone have experience using checksum to get PR so this can be done by Google's terms of service. If so, I would be willing to donate my time to build the program if someone wants to show me the legal way to check PR. 1 thing I am sure is that I do not want to get banned for doing things the wrong way. I would, however, love to get my hands on a slick little script like this. I think most other directory owners would agree.
It doesn't spider your domain...but you can look up to 100 pages at a time here... http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/pagerank-lookup/ Hope that helps, jmacleod
