PR4 Word Cloud Site - With Revenue

I am considering selling http://www.medlineny.com .

It has been up for two to three weeks and has sold a little over $200 in links. Out of 500 possible slots 59 have been taken. In it's current set up, a customer can pay $2 for a basic keyword link, or can add in more money to customize the link in various ways. Most of the links have gone for between $2 - $6, but a few have sold for over $10 and one even went for $23.10. A new owner could easily edit prices up or down through the admin panel.

I have not really done much marketing, aside from posting in the digital point directory area and a couple of other websites. This has potential to make a couple of thousand dollars for someone who can market it well.

I will post proof of revenue soon. I have not been keeping traffic stats (a mistake...) but would guess that the site is receiving low levels, mainly from people interested in buying words in the word cloud.

I will make the minimum bid $250, increments of $50 - I will post a BIN based on the interest on here. I reserve the right not to sell if I am unhappy with the price.

The domain is registered with NameCheap, and can be pushed free to a NameCheap account.

Lowering starting bid to $150, BIN is $600. Reserve is $300. I am not desperate to sell, but wouldn't mind getting rid of this site so I would have more time to focus on other ones.
