Why is it wrong to be againts restiction of the childs freedom. I am fully againts anything forced, as would anyone be, however I don't see how if the 14 year old is ok with it, it is wrong. And I mean don't give me any of this a 14 year old don't understand sex, trust me they do... I was one once upon a time . Let me just say this - we need to draw the line somewhere and statute says that anyone under the age of 18 is too young to be in a jizz flick - simple as. Following your logic someone could reasonably argue "what's the physical/emotional difference between a 14 year old and a 13 year old?" - the answer is not a lot. You see how the edges become blurred if you try and interpret these things.

 

AGS, I would be a twat if I was going and downloading images as such, however I do have my views based around the core sense of freedom. Country, indeed some 13 year olds are more emotionaly strong and correct than others, however the same then can also be said what is the difference between a 16 year old and a 15 year old. (talking in aspect of just sex here, not taking any photographs)

 

As I keep on saying - we're not talking 15 or 16 year olds here - if we were the CPS would have taken one look at the file and thrown it out because they knew they couldn't secure a conviction. These conversations always get heated - especially when such an emotional subject comes to the fore. Trust me I agree if a law is there, it should be followed. He is getting what he deserves, however I disagree with the age of consent in England, for both Sexual contact & Pornographic images for personal use (Say a 18 year olds 15 year old girlfreind). I'll let you into a little secret here CokeCan - believe it or not there is (still, only just) a degree of common sense in English law. When the law pursues someone the prosecution must be in the public interest - it is aimed at people who have total disregard for the law and no mitigating circumstances. There is no way an 18-year old would be prosecuted for having consensual sex with his 15-year old girlfriend - there's no public interest in it. If we're talking about some leacherous old dribbly Welsh bloke with his trousers round his ankles looking at toddlers that is an issue. A BIG issue. Right - haven't you got school later on today? Your just reading what you want to read, so I will put it in bold for you to understand I am againts scum like a old fat dude having sex with a 15 year old, infact I am very againts it and do feel they should have there balls cut off! However dispite not being relevent to the subject matter story, I find it stupid how a 18 year old can get set to prision, not so much in the UK, but a case recently in America where a 17 year old has got 10 years as his 15 year old girlfreind gave him oral sex.

And not to go to off topic, Snuff films IMO are fine if everyone has agreed to it, and is in a fit metal state. My over-all theme here is I feel some people see a 14 year old and not knowing anything about the world, but buddy I can promise you they do.
