Problem: Google indexed links that are not available on my site

I was checking the indexed pages on my website and found out that Google has indexed a link that is not even used on my website.

to explain more, I have this link:
    http://soccerblaze.com/2007/01/

yet Google decided to index this
    http://soccerblaze.com/2007/01/?page=feedback&title=SoccerBlaze: Feedback Form

the ?page=feedback&title=SoccerBlaze:%20Feedback%20Form part is from my old blog backend which I have changed and therefore that URL does not exist neither did it exist before. SO Google has indexed a mixture of the old URL structure and the new one any ideas? Do I have to send a 404 not found so that Google drops it from it index? thanks in advance

you can do a simple 301 redirect from that url to the correct page.

Thanks guys, I am just wondering why did Google even request that page in the first place? I mean not anything that can be found should be indexed for example this thread's URL is
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=2158237

yet it can be reached via
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=2158237&whatever=hello
but that doesn't mean Google will index the latter unless if you have a backlink to that particular URL?

mistnee I cannot ask Google to remove the page since it can be reached; i.e. no 404 headers are being sent
