According to the Geopolitical Drug Watch, both Germany and the U.S. favored (although not officially) the formation of a "Greater Albania" encompassing Albania, Kosovo and parts of Macedonia.

DP is a privately owned forum where the members are subject to rules, not a country where freedoms are constitutionally protected. I recall getting massively infracted here once for saying something not nearly as explicit as the sentence contained in his username.

As for letting him in, usernames are not visually approved by humans prior to entry... but they are subject to the rules that cover forum behavior when they get here. Trust me, say that about another member and you will have an opportunity to learn how the infraction system works.
