    Just a quick question about bonus payout. What email should I use, the one for my Filesonic account or my Paypal email?

    I feel like I want to give you guys at Filesonic some feedback. When you first launced Filesonic I honestly couldnt believe it. It was like using a 1500th century warship in a spacewar... I seriously thought you'd dump the project and keep the affiliates earnings to cover some of the loss. But you worked through it and the slogan "The world's best filesharing site" is starting to appear very real.
    Everyting is working excellent for me at this time. The remote upload have a great appetite, eating 40gb in just a few minutes.
    Today (so far) I made 10 times more than I thought I could on a good day when I first started.
    Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

    For the bonus payout, please use your filesonic email. However, make sure that your paypal email is entered in your settings page so you can get paid there.

    I want to say that i already did my bonus payout request with my filesonic email & password.

    So is that fine i get my payment in my filesonic account payment or directly to my payment processing company?

    Hey there! I want to ask you a thing, I think I requested my bonus 2 times now, i was confused if took effect so I requested 2 times... I hope this will not be a problem or something...

    Also is it just me or are stats frozen? No stats for Nov 3rd yet.

    Hello, I haven't been able to access my Filesonic account for a month now. I wrote to the support team several times, but no reply. I'll be glad to finally know what the problem is. When i enter my account details a message pop ups that there is no such user... I'm attaching a screenshot.

    The stats aren't necessarily frozen, a glitch in the display has developed since the change from 10/31 to 11/01. If you wish to see a certain date, you manually have to adjust the range at least one day beyond that day. For example, if you wish to see the stats display for 11/03, manually adjust the "To:" range to 11/04.

    Yeah after filling the Form first time i got the message "Thank you for requesting your bonus payout. Please note that all payouts will go through our fraud prevention process and will then be released to the payment methods set on your account" but i get confused when i click again on the link "http://www.filesonic.com/payout-request" i get the unfilled form , I do not get any message like "i've already done that". I guess its usual, is it?
