If you are posting copyright infringing content and we receive a notice from the owner of the work, we will delete the files immediately. Asking us to 'help' you is asking us to break the law. This is a simple procedure that is enforced by any file host that operates under a legal framework.

 

Sammy, you're a great affiliate, but you must understand that this has nothing to do with us having your user id. When the owner of a copyrighted work reports a link to us, the links must be deleted on the spot, or else we would be breaking the law and risking our entire business. Hope you can understand this.

 

you are right Banjo butt why 4 month old files are deleted i know some new files deleted regularly due to copyright butt is that fair with us to delete our oldest file.

I had a 3-6 sales a day and now 2 sales 4 days.
I can't believe it.

 

I've had unusual sales results this weekend as well. I spoke to FSn earlier today and am sure they will look into it in the AM. It's not confirmed anything is wrong, but check back here tomorrow afternoon. FSn should have made a response by then.

 

Thought it was just me. Guess its the weekend curse again.

Sorry guys, but it looks like you had off days. Our affiliate payouts are on track, and overall, we've paid a normal amount to affiliates for sales.

No offense, but I cringe a bit every time you give a reply like this. I'm not saying this is actually what you did, but it READS LIKE: "Hey guys, I didn't actually take the time to verify the stats are properly counting but I can see we paid out as much as we want to affiliates today. Better luck next time." Again, I'm not saying you shorted the work. It's the comparison that makes me uncomfortable. Thanks.

BTW: 0 for two days on referral earnings still leads me to believe something is not counting properly, at least in that module.

 

RU repair didn't last long. It is already offline again. After submitting your links, the page merely goes blank. Nothing is queued.

 

If that is the case then i'll trust you. Hope things pick up. Sold two $9 premiums today so i'm happy for now.

 

There is something definitely wrong with the stats. I posted a video file in two parts on cetain forums. As of now the File Manager shows 14 counted downloads for Part 2 and 0 downloads for Part 1. And Part 2 wont work without Part 1. And I wonder how many single files posted are not counted the same way but we just dont get to know.

Can somebody from FileSonic please explain this to me ?
