    Same for RU. I tried 4 times to RU a particular file. After some time, the RU always says 100% completed, but none of the 4 times the file appeared in the file manager.
    I wonder what is still working at FileSonic. Even nagivating to another page in the file manager does not succeed. Not to mention the Gateway errors all over the place.
    After all these months these guys do not control the overall site. When resolving one issue, they create 2 new problems.
    I really doubt they will be able to produce a 90% error-free site at the end of 2010.

    We're having issues with the module that moves files to other servers and to the file manager after FTP/RU completion.

    I've asked my guys to work on this today, and I hope that we'll have a solution soon.

    As it stands, files will take a while to process, and some servers might get temporarily overloaded.

    I can not upload files. Remote is not working, FTP is not working, Normal Upload is not working. LOL, filesonic - the world's best file sharing site <- good joke.

    I' ve got problem with my accout. FRAUDCONTROL. I've sent my sharing sites to FILESONIC-SUPPORT but he doesnt answer. This weekend I was happy becouse I thought I will get my first money, but no, I so fraudcontrol. I have got unpaid 32 $.

    I'm at pay per download plan and now I'm getting decrease of downloads. I'm losing money, really don't know what's happening every day I upload many new files, site traffic increases daily but number of downloads DECREASES daily. This situation appeared from 23 September, maybe a lot of servers down or something else, but I don't believe that people don't want to download files. I'm confused, I'm losing my patience.

    What should you do? Wait until Monday.

    I'm not singling you out, but all those complaining FileSonic-Support has not answered a PM sent late Friday through today have little concept of time. It is the weekend. Just as you wouldn't receive a reply from any other host, you're not going to receive an answer from FS until the shop opens Monday morning.

    FileSonic-IT was on earlier and confirmed many servers are experiencing overload. This is going to severely curtail downloads and thus stats are probably accurate even if low. It won't help you today, but I would expect they can quickly overcome most of these problems once they open shop Monday morning.

    Your best option is to mirror your files until server stability is once again achieved. Doing so will not increase your FS earnings but will provide you with another revenue stream to compensate for the loss.

    this continious delays and all the servers issues are ruining my buisness, i built my site only on filesonic downloads and now i can't post new updates on my sites for 2 days and worst people are complaining about buying premuim accounts but than having crappy download speeds that cuts in the middle

    I have a question for Filesonic-Support (Hish?)
    I've recently changed my payment plan from pay per download to pay per sale.
    Can you please give me an estimate as to how much time it will take for the system to update the statistics? I've had five sales so far today but I do not see the updated stats yet in the stats table.
    If anyone else can help me out with an answer too, that would be gr8.

    The change is instant, but there is no "change" in statistics up to the point of change. When you change your payment option, only sales from the point of the change forward are going to be counted. If you had five sales at the time of the change, you are not going to be credited for them since those sales came while you were receiving PPD. If, however, you're saying you've had five sales since the change, I would go to your settings and verify that your account is set to PPS. A common mistake made when changing one's payment option is forgetting to input one's password. If you forget to enter your password, your payment option will not change.

    I have to admit I hadn't tried the new RU module since it went site wide and had only tested a few files when it was in beta. FTP was working well and I had no need to. It seemed others were testing it well and FS was getting good feedback, so I sat it out.

    With FTP and web upload being down today, however, I decided to give RU a run. If it is working properly today, the new RU module is a HUGE downgrade from the old module. Forget for a minute that it do longer automatically formats download links, but even when I format the links myself, RU returns the error that I do not have a premium account at the referring host. Not only did I try a couple different ways of formatting the link and my userid/password, but I even cheated by going to another host that does automatically format your links, cut 'n pasted what I needed and the links were still rejected. Again, I'm not sure the RU module is working properly today, but if so it is quite a letdown.
