How does this company get multiple links listed like this???

mscsoftware.com (type it in a Google search box)

Check out the "sub-links" under their SERP.

How do they do this? I want to do this, too!!!

seo-mumbai is right. you get this if searching for some brand or domain that is unique. Try looking for BBC or PAYPAL, you get similar site-related results.

If you wanna have the same. Work on your site. Be unque... so much that people (and SEs) start to "talk" about you. Your site has to be first-in-the-list, worldwide recognizable for that brand and well structured.

    Easy, isn´t it?

Yes, you. (or anyone else that replies to the post)

I don't mean to accuse anyone of conjecturing - but I'd like to see it documented. As it is, it's a nifty little listing, and I'd like to know EXACTLY how to do it.

    Thanks for your reply.

Older sites with popular internal entry pages get this kind of listing. Based on my own experience, it takes a long time, especially if you don't have mega-tons of traffic.

    Not totally correct, my friend.

I have a 10 year-old site that enjoys such a listing in Google search results (#1 rank with 4 sub-listings). It is not about a product or brand or world recognized company. Nor does the site get a ton of traffic. It's just been around for a long time, has crawled it's way up in ranking, and has multiple internal pages that also rank high and are frequent entry pages to the site.

Just my experience, solid7, nothing more, you don´t have to trust it.

Nevertheless, it´s not important unless you´re not the second or third in the list.

This sort of listing is only given to the first one. In that case even your site has to be structured enough to give this sort of info.

Try searches like: Adidas, Maxim, Depeche Mode, South Park, MTV, OSN(News), ...etc...

The problem with the answers that have been given so far - no offense intended - is that they lack specificity. It's easy to say that it does "such and such" because of "such and such". But where' the facts?

Kaudo - with all due respect - I don't trust your experience, because it's only your word. Very few people are good on their word, alone. If you tell me that your word is based on a Google FAQ, then I trust it.

As it is, not one person has provided a definitive answer. Does that mean that this is a mystery?

Please understand - I'm not trying to be an ass. I'd just like to know how to do this, and I'm ONLY interested in the facts. If there are none to be found, that's OK. I'd rather hear that...

Very good approach, solid7, I appreciate it.
If I´ll find some documentation, I will send it to you.

Nevertheless. I don´t think this is the only way to go
    with your site.
