    We can't find the legal battles, a negative itrader is about the best we can do. However can you provide the proof that he said he wouldn't pay. Can you get recourse through the registrar?

    I'm guessing at $40 you didn't use escrow.

    I can't see how getting your domains back is scamming him. He didn't pay so they weren't rightfully his - on the terms of the contract you had negotiated.

    If I go to a shop and steal stuff and the shop comes up to me and says give them back, takes them and runs. have they, too, stolen them? No. They've just enforced the implicit contract that the payment needs to be made before the stuff is truly mine.

    You do yourself no favours with this bragging.
