    If your site is promoting drugs products then you cannot use it. If you are providing some useful information about drugs or some quit drug post then you can use it.

    I don't see the word 'examples' in there anywhere, do you? I see two specific exceptions that are presented as such.

    I also see "prescription drugs" as being banned content.

    I think you're looking for a gray area where there isn't one.
