    Most of the time yes, because a image hosting site with lots of traffic will have trouble keeping it clean from adult images and adult stuff = adsense suspension

    i would warn DP members to not trust this seller.he has scammed in the past and I am sure he will scam again. These sites have been popping up on flippa etc with duplicate stat screenshots. see here
