You can put your Adsense codes on as many websites as you want, as long as you control them. The part about "control" is important, because if you slap Adsense on somebody else's site, and they do something against Adsense's TOS, it is YOU who will be banned, not them, and saying, "But I had no control of the site's content!" is no excuse.
I'll control it just that doesn't google have to approve the site ? that's what I've asked the second time ..maybe they don't like it and I wouldn't want to get banned.

Google usually only takes a look at the first site you apply to Adsense with, unless something else triggers their attention to your site. Generally, for additional sites, the failsafe check is just going through the TOS and Program Policies again to make sure you're 100% clear and 100% familiar with them so that your new site doesn't infringe on those at all. If you've read through the TOS and Program Policies and maybe had a 2nd opinion from fellow DP'ers (people are really helpful for offering advice here, etc) and are still confused/unclear on something, you can write to Google and ask them to look over your site and make sure it conforms to their standards - I did before on a site I was questioning and they wrote back and told me that the site conforms to their standards, which was a huge relief Hope this helps!
If you have a question about the viability of your second site to run Adsense, email them the question, giving the URL of your site, and ask for their permission. If you feel that your site might be straddling the line between acceptable or not, make sure you explain to them in detail why it DOESN'T violate the TOS. Unless, of course, it does. If you don't want to give out your URL so we can look for ourselves and make a proper judgement, this is the best answer anyone can give you. You can't keep throwing out generic questions and expect specific answers.
Thanks for everything I got it now.The second url isn't online yet so I can't show the site, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't violate the terms.
