    Update: Look in the following posts for more details. You need to be aware of affiliate marketing to unlock further potential. With what the site is today just feeding fresh contents would do the trick for stable income. I hire writers from freelance sites. Costs around 20-30$ a month

    Why not just post more info in here? You dont have to give our the URL publicly if you really dont want to, but give us all a bit more info on the site atleast.

    You are not giving any introduction about the kind of site that you want to sell. Very little info & this will infact reduce the interest of serious bidders!

    I just dont want to make a sales pitch and so I have decided to go with the PM route. BIN price is not yet confirmed. You can expect minimum of 6 months revenue as price but if I get more than 2 BIN offers then I will raise the BIN price else the offer goes to the first BINner. The PM will contain detailed information.

    Anyway I just wanted to make clear that I will not accept paypal or alertpay. Kinda first time I have been offered payment through alertpay but still no thanks. I will use escrow service only. I think you can use funds in paypal to fund the escrow transaction. (Not sure on that).

    Hosting will be given to you only in the case of bulk buy.

    and, where is the majority of the income coming from, adsense or clickbank?

    Majority of the income is from clickbank. I will Pm you more details. Adsense incomes are very low. The current months revenue (Up till 18th of August is 200$). I am not in control of the sales made. So I cannot give a possible explanation for the drop in revenue other than maybe I made 2 sales less perhaps? But that's how affiliate sites work. Unless we drive PPC traffic we cant really predict any future sales.
