How to auto reflash image link?

    I put the code to other sites .
    The ads.jpg will be changed every minutes.
    <img border="0" src=" http: // my domain/ ads.jpg">

    It works fine for FF
    But I have a big problem by using IE.

    I know asp and php can just add a query such as "my domain/ ads.jpg?q=random"

    Question: I need the THML img link which can let browsers auto reflash so when ever you click in a page which has the img link.
