Here are the instuctions for paypal mass payment:
1- open excel
2- write who will receive the money in first column
3- write payment amount in 2nd column
4- write USD in 3rd column
5- Click Save As..
6- Select "Text (tab-delimited)"
7- Save it
8- Login to Paypal and select send money
9- Select "make mass payment"
10- Browse and select file you created
11- Select "Email Address" as recipient type, continue and pay
12- Tell me your godaddy id and godaddy e-mail to push the domain
