Premium website for sale - 10K

The price reflects the amount of money put into the site. I am looking to make back my initial investment into the site. That is the reason for the asking price being at $10,000. I still believe the value is there for the asking price:

The potential for this forum is huge.His niche is football and world cup 2010 is coming along and also the important leagues are going to start too this year …it covers a lot of ground...American Football...and soccer leagues..to some extent.

The website is in a highly competitive niche and is able to bring good return of traffic and profit.
The forum is a clean/informative place and I preffered to submit the site to few important and relevant sites / directorys rather then bulk submit.

This site has good rankings in search engines especially for Google. It has ranks for many of the long tail searches. This will ensure the profitability and sustainability of the site in the long run.

How the site was promoted
I can guarantee that there no black hat promotion was practiced to promote the site. Almost all promotion methods have been done manually with no intervention of bad automatic posting etc.
All links obtained are not paid, and there are not from link farm. Most of these links do provide real human visitors to the site
I have all stats data pictures,search engines, State/Region traffic and prove of ownership.

Only few buks from adsense.
I was able to rise the traffic in one week with 0 investment and the forum was getting 10 - 15 signups / day , right now the forum get's betwen 5 -10 signups with this traffic.
The next year is going to be a soccer / football one , and i am sure it will make a good profit.

I have all the details , how many uniques etc on PM, the reason for not posting here all that data is for the best of the site and again if you are not interested and it's such a big job to check your PM's why all this effort to put all these words togeder when u can just Hit Back , Close the window or what ever
