Hmm, one of my entries above seems to have diapered from my post (i double posted because i already had 5 images, but now there are only 4 there) If the image simply isn't showing up on my screen then i apologize for posting it again here. That last entry of my first post also seems to be showing up twice, this is very odd. It wasn't like that last night:

It seems the CH has decided to "steal" my work and not pay me. People should know better than to do that,
specially with me. Hopefully this is a simple mistake and the CH will come in and rectify this situation I would
surely hate to have him lose that nice domain name by a silly act of Copyright or trademark infringement.

 

report him Tight so that he will be banned.

 

I sent him an email - If I don't hear back from him in 12 hours I'll file DMCA notices
with his Hosting provider HASTYHOST.COM and GoDaddy for the domain name...

I don't mess around when it comes to my work.

well...just hope that he only testing the logo before he finally pay you tightward...if not...let's report him...

 

I do apologize. I am not stealing anything. I have been busy with work and just last night had a chance to mess around with the site and figure out which logo I want. I tested quite a few from this thread.

Haha, idk. Im sorry for making a comment like that I'm just not in a good mood right now with some things going on over here. And i rarely win any contests. So that kind of came out.

 

I am not a scammer and I plan to run A LOT more legit contests. I apologize for the confusion. I will ALWAYS test the logo on my site (even if you put a watermark through the middle of it ) before making my final choice. Next time I will make a temp page to put it on so it does not appear I'm stealing your work.

Yours was one taken into consideration and tested. I like your work, but I decided I liked the design from tightwad more. Thanks for your hard work. I wish I could compensate you for it, but I hope to see more entries from you in my future contests

It takes time but you have the skills to win contests. I used to get frustrated when I began
here because I was always losing to Wateri. I started to sit back and try to think out side
of the box (because most designers think literal when making a logo), studied images from
people who were winning and exactly how they were made and I got better and better.

I barely use Photoshop, and used to do all my stuff in Fireworks, but CH's wanted PSD's and
it's hard to export to Photoshop from Fireworks keeping everything intact. So I dropped the
"actions" filters, these are a crutch to designers, and went strictly to Illustrator. I can create
almost everything that Photoshop can do- and it's all 300 dpi Vector.
