    Wordpress Blog cannot open - shows error message

    Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/desmall/public_html/wp-config.php:83) in /home/desimall/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 850

    Anyone help me to resolve this problem?

    That means you have some weird white space in your config file somewhere. Grab the config sample and enter you db info and re-upload that.

    i am using plugins like 1blog cacher, google sitemap plugins.
    Initially it works well, after that it created snag.

    Deactivate that 1blogcacher or super cache plugins,if you have..

    Indeed. Disable plugins one at a time until the problem is solved...

    I think it's whitespace at the end of config.php
