what should i tell paypal

they asked me why i sent the payment

i told them to buy ebook from some one to digital point

and i recieved this
mail
if i contact the seller he will refuse to give me his personal information

this is the mail they sent me

i told them that i paid him to buy a book



can i tell them just cancel the payment i donot want any problems ??????????????????????

 

i am sorry to hear this man....but this also happened to me few months ago..i just leave those acc up till now..its hard to solve coz it just book transaction..post here if u get solve the problem

have you tried to call them ?

 

they thought you are faced Fraud or scams.

 

I would rather suggest you to call them, and be frank.
Tell them the whole truth, and anyhow manage to solve the problem.

 

don't you get it? they don't care about the payment you made
they want to know where did you get the 3500$ from..

 

what am I missing here. You paid $3,500 for a book of dp?

if it was an electronic book, or ebook, paypal will NEVER refund your money! NEVER.

End of story. Paypal is no help! they are useless!

they r asking abt ur payment received. how u get that much money in ur paypal ? they need this expanation. well contact me on yahoo messenger . may b i try to solve ur problem
