We usually work from PSDs but we can also use plain image files (.jpeg, .gif...) or other software formats if you don't have a PSD.
thanks for the great service mate here is my review for his service although he said the turnaround time is 48hours and i wasn't in a hurry so he will do it later on but i got it within 24hours time the template was nicely coded and as there were many different fonts and shadow effects used in the psd, the template was a bit harder to code but it was done very nicely and i liked his work
