Yes, that's right. It's one time sending limit and after that's over you must verify your PayPal to increase sending limit.

$500 limit is for Personal PayPal account.

 

The limit pretty much depends on the country you are from. they are not the same. Some countries there is a permanent limit while others the limit is resetted every month.

You should at the earliest instant get your account verified. Unverified accounts basically means that Paypal has no way to verify if the information you provided them is real or not and as such do not know your intentions. As they want to prevent the accounts from being used for money laundering, terrorist funding and fraud, they placed a withdrawal limit to it until you verify your account.

If you cannot verify your account because you are not from a paypal supported country, underaged or do not have an international credit card, do not use paypal at all because you will run into trouble.

I think yes it is $500 daily only and with additional restrictions that sometimes will Limit your freedom I inform you that you will get limited access.like playing neobux,or other pay to program ,because since what you have is Unverified account ,it is more suspected that your account is a "card stolen potentials

Limit is different in different types of account in paypal.
If you use personal account then it's limit is different that business account and also premier account.
But to know exact limit you can go to paypal site and read rules regarding sending and receiving money.
