    I am seeing changes only to one of my domains... all other are showing the same thing on all the datacenters.

    Very interesting. Most of my sites have gone up to a PR5, while some newer ones (as new as 2 months) have gone up to a PR4. Meanwhile, a site that's over a year old lost 2 PR!

    For new sites i see new PR except for my irkawebdirectory.com (too young:(). And for my old sites, some of them dropped from 4 to 5 and 4 to 3.

    I'm seeing uniform results across all of the datacentres, though the toolbar query is showing a different PR. It's either an update or a toolbar issue again.

    That was used for those PR prediction tools. Live PR is the PR google has in it's DB for your site and it's updated continuously. This is a toolbar PR export and has nothing to do with what is mentioned in the article.
