A question was asked about confirmation emails. Usually, most submissions will offer a confirmation email, some will not. For instance, I could be wrong about this as I have not tested, Google does not send a confirmation email.

One thing to check is to see if you mail server is overloaded. Some ISP's do not like a hundred or so emails at once (thinking it is broadcast spam or just plain spam).
