    The site currently has around 1400 backlinks so thats a very good start. The domain is over 2 years old and is registered until 2009 so no worries about renewing a domain anytime soon. The domain is short, brandable, and easy to remember. Also its registered at godaddy.

    Also google adsense can be easily added to the forum as a earning option. You can also add other affiliates or banners that will help you to earn.
    Revenue Details:

    So far the revenue is minimal due to lack of time to advertise it. With a bit of work earning would be easy. Webmaster forums are naturally popular so those who have time and know how can build this into something great.
    Traffic Details:

    Currently the site is getting around 1200-1300 uniques per month but this is without any promotion.

    I will be submitting the site to 10-20 directories to help boost the traffic for the new owner.

    What i dont understand, maybe you can explain to me you have over 300 active members altho your forum has only got Threads: 82, Posts: 103 - can you explain that one to me? Or did you pay someone to just sign people up?

    In MY toolbar, it has a PR1. but I guess that cant always be accurate. I'm sure you know the PR of your own domain, so sorry for getting involved.
