Not all places that use the content filters use the same ones. Lower income school districts are less likely to have one or an up todate one. A lot of place still rely on the admins to monitor and block the sites manually also. Think about the US alone how many schools are there? k-6 7-8 10-12 college private schools, religious schools tech schools, Not to mention all the businesses that people want to use the computer from, then you have the military.
Over 300million people in the US so keep that in mind when worrying about filters
My logs on a 2 year old proxy still show great traffic from a few schools on the east and west coast.

 

I just got my proxies suspended from my host.

Did they tell you what is the reason for the suspension? Most hosts promise too much BW without having the resources and ability to deliver what they promise. I would recommend Monsterprox hosting. Thanks for your post. Do they also ban for content ? I personally don't think so. Imagine someone on a schoolsite writes the word myspace or proxy.. wham schoolsite blocked. If you ask me, they only ban on domainname and meta keywords/description.... what do you guys think !?

less than 500 impressions and 0.13$ earnings, 2 times per 30 minutes is the frequency

 

they are not approving new signups

 

they approved mine within a few hours after asking me some questions like which countries are you blocking etc...
