Very simple, take advantage of more space, load fast. The last visited website feature is pretty cool.

its simple, its fast, but its not up there,
its just basic browser, nothing spacial.
may be Google will come with improved ver. after getting feedback.

but people like us (webmasters) getting scared of the "Big G", despite earning a lot from the "Big G"

I love minimalistic unobtrusive designs, so Chrome's design fits my needs perfectly. As for you adblock whiners, google will never allow someon to block its own adsense /adwords ads from appearing :p Additionally, by blocking ads you're ripping off many hard-working publishers who haave to get by from ad revenue.

After an initial familiarization/test run of Google Chrome Beta I have decided to wait until it is distributed as a polished implementation before I actually employ it.

I am also going to closely follow these concerns:

ReadWriteWeb Article (Does Google Have Rights to Everything You Send Through Chrome?)

On Blogging Australia (Does Google own my blog if I post through Chrome?)

Additionally, I am concerned as to how the TOS will affect the Creative Commons Licenses I use for many of my web pages.

I am sure these concerns will be addressed, explained and satisfactorily resolved, but I would like to know the outcomes before I adopt Google Chrome as one of my primary Browsers.

The design is awful. There are not enough functions. I will stick to Firefox.

Yep, I installed it. It looks good, but I have seen a few messages saying the browser is not supported on some of the social bookmarking sites. Hopefully this will be cleared up quite quickly.

I have installed it in my home pc and it's quite good with a couple of bugs but I am sure it will be fixed in future releases.

It has nothing.... the reason its faster is.. it has nothing.... let them add some features to it... then you can see how fast it works...

I cant imagine... that it doesnot come out of the box with their toolbar...

You folks are missing the drama here.

Yes it is way faster, but until it has bbcode and roboform plugins I can't use it. It is aimed at Google Adsense and Google Applications and the war between Microsoft, Googe and Sun Microsystems.

This is VERY exciting. I don't know how it will play out but this is part of a war!

Last week, Microsoft announced plans to make it browser in a way that Google could not track what web users are not doing. This of course would be a massive blow to Google.

Google had to knowo it was coming because as soon as Microsoft said they would do this, out they come with their own browser.

This dates back to the Sun Microsystems and Microsoft battles. This is a massive battle and how it plays out is of vital important to anyone using the web and probably to some extent, even those that don't.

I am not smart enough to see all the ways this will effect us, but my friend, change is blowing in the wind! Last night I wrote about the upcoming war. I didn't realize how close I was to watching it begin. check it out HERE
