You can set up channels to monitor clicks on your site. I'm no expert with this but what I've done is create a channel for a few pages (not all of them as I have too many), and I can see how many clicks are being generated on these pages. In fact, I've taken it one step further on a few of the more popular pages & set up channels for each ad (I have 3 on each page). So for example they're named: XYZ_top, XYZ_left, XYZ_bottom, so I can establish which ads on the page are receiving the most clicks. On my own site, the ads on the left (160 x 600) are receiving the most clicks. ETA: Creating channels was useful recently when my revenue suddenly dropped by 1/3rd. I looked at my channel data & discovered that the clicks from my most popular page had literally become zero. As I don't generally look at my own pages unless I'm updating I opened it up to investigate only to discover that where once very contextual ads were being displayed they had diminished. There wasn't much I could do about it, but at least I was aware of where & why my revenue had dropped by so much.
