Total; aggreement there. both sides were very brutal to each other. When isreal first invaded lebanon in 1978 they wanted to nail the plo no matter who got in their way. This made hezbolla (who originally were fighting plo brutality in lebanon) turn against the isrealis.

Anyone who thinks the plo were angels obviously doesnt know the brutality they committed in lebanon. The lebanese accepted them into their country, granted it wasnt full citizenship and camps were setup, but at least they had a place to stay. They responded back by setting up illegal checkpoints and trying to take over the country and this lead to the lebanese civil war where lebanon endured 30 years of a fractured country and clan fighting and suffering. Did the plo have any right to destroy lebanon to get back their country?

This conflict didnt only effect isreal and palestine but also its neighbors. War is brutal and easy to make, peace is very hard to make and it takes a very forgiving and trusting heart to create.
The moderate isrealis and palestinians need to come together and make peace and forget the past. Enough allready.

What jobs are the Israelis giving them? Engineering jobs, Scientists, Doctors or just menial work? Jobs that Israelis refuse to work in, this is the jobs you are giving them. What is the unemployment rate of Palestinians?

You have no business telling people who is fit for this type of discussion. What an arrogant thing to say.

He is more than holding his own against the likes of you. It is funny when people tell someone to do their homework but can't even manage to spell the words in their own posts correctly.

    discusion is spelled discussion
    appropiate is spelled appropriate

Shall we send you back to school so you can participate without making a fool of yourself? I usually don't bother to correct all your errors, but since you decided it was your place to tell others to go to school before participating perhaps you should think about taking your own advice.

you feel that 15 is appropiate age for discussing war and the effects of it ? i thought you were one of the people that objected to involving youngsters in these kind of hatfull and heated subject?
misspelling something does not take away from the point of discussion. why do you want to involve this young man in such hateful discussion? he just had his barmitzva a year or two ago you know?

I see nothing wrong with a 15 year old discussing world politics.

I don't want him in or out. That is his decision to make. My only point is that it is certainly not your decision to make.

    p.s.
appropiate is spelled appropriate (we just went over that one a minute ago)
    hatfull is spelled hateful

he is only 15. it is for his parents to decide if he should be exposed to the usuall hate that is around this forum? that is why i asked if they know he is involved here. if he has their permision i do not have any problem with it.
i certainly wouldn't want my kid to hang around here and would be upset about it. do you want your kid to be exposed to the kind of views that are presented here.

Hezbollah cares so much about civilians it uses them for shields, then leaves those areas they destroyed littered with the remnants of arms deployed by innocents defending themselves..

    I see an irony here.

The one thing that it clear is that it is certainly not your place to decide.

You are not posting out of real concern (or you would have done it in a PM) but you have posted it across many threads now and the purpose is clear.

    p.s.
    usuall is spelled usual
    permision is spelled permission

I guess you are right, for him to see so much hatred from people like you and others when he sees it already coming at him from across the border....

Pizzaman is one of the most even handed commentators on ME matters.

I think you're painting him with a broad brush debunked. Pizza never posts hate material, that's simply not his style or agenda.

Everyone has had a war with GTech except the Nixon Gang Clan of about 10 guys.

I mean, what are the odds on this forum, that the Nixon gang don't have any friendly relations with any Mulims? There are Turks, Western Muslims, African Muslims, Palistanis, Arabs...

Then you have Sunni and Shia.

And still, despite all of that variation in culture, perspective and belief, the Nixon gang can't find middle ground with anyone.

    Kinda sad.

"Nixon Gang?" Have you ever had an original thought or idea? I've not heard that phrase since the king of the nut jobs, AC was permanently banned from here.

I'm not really sure who you are referring to.. Nixon was/is a little before my time, technically.

Is there something in the air, or ....
